I have had excellent service from the Glasgow offices of Barrhead Travel and all members of staff hve always extremely helpful amd most obliging. They follow up your enquiry with "Rapid response" and do not "Pester you", as other Travel Agencies do. We have had 2 cruises and everything went very smoothly and any problems were not necessarily of their making (Overseas Agents / Cruise Line). I did mention one problem from our most recent cruise and was immedoately contacted direct from the Manager of the Departmeny and received the reqisite response. I would have no hesitation in recommending Barrhead Travel and their excellent staff and will definitely be usung them for all holiday travel. They certainly merit their excelleny status in the Travel Industry as they have been performing to the highest standards for years. Any company is only as good as the staff, who have certainly received first class training from Management to perform at this level.
