We normally go 5 holidays a year with different companies and have never complained. We booked a cruise costing nearly £6.000 in barrhead travel parkhead with Astrid the manager for 10 days over Xmas. We booked seats going to new York as my husband just had heart surgery and we made made Astrid aware of this. She never mentioned that we would have to wait in new York for 12 hours for our return flight home in January we only found out when she posted out our tickets 2 weeks before our holiday. If we were made aware that we would wait 12 hours to board our plane after he had heart surgery we would never have booked the holiday. We were very disappointed in Astrid with her being the manager I would have expected more. We are now dreading going on holiday after spending our life savings.
