We booked with Astrid the manager for parkhead Glasgow. We paid our life savings of £6,000 for a holiday of a lifetime following my husband's heart surgery. We booked seats and informed Astrix if was due to heart surgery. She failed to tell us that our return flights we have to wait 12 hours to board plane which my husband is not fit for. It's a disgrace they are all about making money. I would never book again with them. She also failed to return my calls after the.money was paid .
