Absolute disaster. Requested business class flights to Orlando and noticed at last minute they were Premier economy. We were away over Christmas during which time an email was sent from BHT notifying us that our tickets had been posted and should be at our home. On our arrival back there were no tickets. Phoned BHT Aberdeen and they confirmed the courier had not delivered to their office on the previous Friday. Absolutely no chance they could have been posted to our house. Lisa in BHT Aberdeen offered to post them out on 31st January but we decided this was probably inadviseable given the time of year. We collected the tickets but at our cost did not check the travel class. Phoned BHT day before travel but no way to change the travel class. My wife has a back problem and struggles on long haul flights. Very very disappointed with BHT and will most definitely never use them again. Bill Aberdeen
