What initially seemed like good service sadly turned out to be a sales pitch of an overpriced holiday. Our advice would be to price check against booking direct before you commit in store. Also it appears that Section 75 credit card cover is not available if you book with anyone other than the tour operator. We were also advised that the balance would be due by the 15 of next month (April) when in fact it is due in March 10 days after booking this holiday. Sad that what should be a pleasant experience has been soured. We always try to support smaller businesses but it has to make financial sense to do so, in this case it did not. *Save money and book direct!
