The process was very confused as the original agent we spoke to had to leave in the middle of the process and the person that took over gave us completely different information. Completed the booking and I then was emailed two different sets of seat numbers for the flights by Tui. Rang Barrhead to confirm which were correct and the numbers they gave me were not those on the paperwork they had sent. Emailed to ask for a new document to be sent showing the correct numbers but have not received anything. Very, Seth poor service!
