Waiting since mid March for refund for cancelled cruise.
Phone call received 25th May asking for bank details then nothing.
Made complaint via Resolver on 22nd July, email from Barrhead on 24th then phone call from them on 30th saying refund had been processed.
Money in the bank on 3rd August.
Can't say for certain Resolver was the solution but worth a try. Good luck!
