I have a Cartier Tank Louis (small size) and the 16mm embossed leather fits it perfectly. I bought a blue one a few years ago and recently purchased basic black. It takes all of 10 seconds to switch out with the quick-release button. I do still have my original Cartier 18K buckle but use the gold tone one which comes attached to the Barton band for ease and simplicity.
