This review is a real one. Please read. Initially purchased 20mm alligator band from the Barton group; shortly after receiving, realized it was the wrong size. I reached out to the customer service multiple times and didn't get a response. I honestly thought money down the drain and poor customer service. So I reached out on social media (instagram) and the online team was remarkable. In short, they responded via my emails but somehow got lost in my spam folder (always be sure to check them from time to time lol) and issued me a full return and sent me a shipping label on the spot. Barton truly is good service, great quality and worth trying.
