I purchased an item in the sale, a baby changing bag. It’s not up to standard for the price I paid so send it back after 19 days as I’m this period I had a baby so was unable to do it any sooner, they say they want it back after 14 days. I received and email with a credit note. I replied explaining the situation and that the product was not up to standard anyway, hence the reason I sent it back. I’ve been met with a completely unhelpful and defensive customer service team, one who sent an email full of spelling mistakes so to me this shows the lack of care, and have essentially lost over £100 as I will not be shopping here again. Avoid at all costs as they do not care about their customers in the slightest.
