Have stopped making wider shoes, which is an inconvenience, which means I have to go up a size for the fit across the bridge of my foot. Could do with either upgrading the laces they put in the shoes, or adding metal rings to the shoelace holes in the leather. Had these shoes 2 weeks and the laces are already fraying - same with every Base London shoe I've bought over the years. However, delivery always efficient, as is returns when shoes don't fit. Hope the improvement suggestions are adopted as Base London are still my go to for smart shoes.
