Base is clothing is a scam company! I purchased a dress for $45 , with the expectation that it would at least hit my basic expectations of what I ordered .. it fell short in every way. The cut , the quality , the fit .. all of it ! It looked and felt like it was made from a bed sheet. I asked to return it .. and I have to send it back to China somewhere, even though I was told it shipped from the US. It took FOREVER to get , and will most likely “ never arrive “ in China in order to process my refund.
