(EU) Ordered 1.12. as it was 2-8 work days shipping. Asked 6.12. if order was shipped, they said it's processing. Asked 11.12. if order was shipped, they blamed shipping and told me that they will sync on my email when the order will be shipped. On 20.12. support contacted me and told me they can refund. I asked for a refund, then they said that they can't refund because order was sent, although no information was provided.
So...nothing was sent, no refund, no further information.
