Recently I purchased a Baseus powerbank on Amazon, and unfortunately, the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. Not only was the product defective upon arrival, but the customer service provided by the seller was abysmal.
After reporting the issue with the powerbank, I was initially offered a refund or replacement. However, the communication from the seller was sporadic and unresponsive, with significant delays in response time. On two occasions, I had to follow up after waiting several days without any update.
Furthermore, the handling of the replacement order was disheartening. It appeared as though the seller intentionally delayed the process, evidenced by an inaccurate tracking number and subsequent notifications of potential delays. This left me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer.
As a loyal customer who has purchased multiple Baseus products in the past, including the Baseus desk lamp pro and a 65W powerbank for PC, I expected better service and greater accountability from the seller. After two weeks since the Baseus seller proposed the refund, I'm still waiting for it.
Overall, I cannot recommend either the Baseus product or the seller on Amazon based on my recent experience. It's unfortunate that what should have been a simple purchase turned into a frustrating ordeal. Buyers, beware.
