This company is a scam!!!!! Extremely Unsatisfied customer!!!! I only gave them one star because I had to; however, they deserve a -5 rating. In August of this year I placed an order for two rompers that I wanted to wear for my bachelorette party on October 19th. Towards the end of September, I began to contacting the company regarding the status of my order. The only thing they could tell me was that my order was in transit, I and I would receive it soon. I continued to contact them at the end of every week, considering with other companies it usually takes up to two to three weeks to receive your merchandise, and because my event was quickly approaching. In every response I was sent to a bogus tracking website and was never given a definite date of when I would receive my stuff. When we got a week out from the party, I contacted them and told them to just to cancel my order and refund me my money since I hadn’t received the merchandise yet. They tell me they cannot begin the return process until I receive my merchandise, which was STILL a month later. Fast forward to last week when I finally get my package, 10 weeks later mind you. I notice the clothing is cheap, the sizes are wrong, and that the items do not look like they do in the pictures. I contact them again and tell them I am ready to start the return process. They tell me I will need to pay the return shipping fees to CHINA, or I can get 20% off in my next order. Next order??? No thank you, the first order was a fail, why would I want a second????? I refuse to spend over $200 for shipping fees for my $100 order and extremely poor experience with your company. No thank you!!!! -5 rating!!!SCAMMERS!!
