I first tried to place an order for Ireland, N. Ireland and Scotland around December 15th and learned that all inventory was spoken for!! I emailed immediately requesting to be on a cancellation list or if new inventory became available, to get in touch me. Lo and behold, I received an email on December 20th that new inventory was available! Yay!! I placed my order Immediately, recognizing that with Covid and the massive pressures on delivery companies, my baskets wouldn’t be delivered before Christmas. Well, miracles of Christmas miracles, ALL my baskets arrived on the 23rd to rave reviews from our family members. Everyone delighted in the gorgeous, interesting and local fare.
