Very happy with product, choice and service. Timely response to my inquiries. Was uncertain and unclear about when my order would be shipped and delivered. This caused anxiety as I feared my Xmas gift delivery would not be timely. This lack of clarity was due to my having to choose an advanced delivery date (in following week as this was earliest option) despite my being informed via chat that delivery would be sooner. It turned out delivery was earlier - as per chat. If it hasn’t been then I Xmas gift wouldn’t have been delivered when desired, and would not have got to my client until after holidays - which would have been a disaster. So all woke out great in the end - but would suggest better clarity on delivery next time. Many thanks, Ken
