I placed an order for a hamper to be delivered to a city centre office address. For some unexplained reason, the courier repeatedly failed to go to the address during office working hours and had to be collected by the recipient. If you engage a delivery service who cannot provide a reasonable level of service then it’s time to get in the van and deliver it yourself to make sure the order is fulfilled as intended
