The guy from the compliance team who called me to explain why my documents needs to be certified is an ignorant person. He kept talking over me and made me feel stupid about the whole certification process. It's a lengthy process and additional cost to me.
I told him to save each other time and refund my money but he kept talking until I have to raise my voice. He refused to accept my explanation and got to my nerve trying to convince me to provide the document. All I want is my £5k back!
