Basset & Gold represents my first venture into online financial services, so I have nothing to compare it to. The Company sends fairly regular, personalised newsletters, which is a nice touch. Specifically, I started with Darren Levy as my dedicated manager (he more-or-less organised my investment bond). We communicated on a few occasions, but there seemed to be a degree of misunderstanding between us, based on his presumption that I’m as familiar with the technical side of business computing as he is (which I am not). And then he disappeared (which is a shame). As far as satisfaction with Basset & Gold generally is concerned, I won’t know that until the bond matures!
