Worst company ever. Ordered toilet, toilet unit, basin, wall hung basin unit, radiator and tap and the only thing that arrived that wasn't damaged / faulty was the tap.
Appalling quality, awful customer services.
Emailed in pictures of all the faulty products and had the exact same sent out to me to unpack it all and discover it was just as bad if not worse than the first delivery. Still waiting on 'after sales manager' to call me back but will be demanding a full refund. BUYERS BEWARE - DO NOT SHOP AT BATHEMPIRE
