In any case the worst started as fittings for the bath were incomplete. ( sealed bag bits missing) They placed an Urgent Order that is taking 8+days to be dlivered correctly. For this reason project delay 1.5 week Spent over 20min on the phone with CS, requested to speak with a Manager several times and the ensure that I will receive a call in 24h..... Manager only contact back when I started posting on property/traders FB groups and Twitter (5days) Reviews on their website are 4-5* , reality on the web you find poor reviews.
