e have no complaints concerning our Fitter. He was always punctual, polite and professional. Fixing two issues we had, on his days off. The quality of the shower I had installed is very good. My only issue is, I find the waste outlet pump to be noisier than I had expected. Hopefully I will get used to it. In hindsight I should have opted for the plinth to raise the shower tray, thus having no need for a pump. My advice would be to spend time thinking about what your needs and priorities are, as you will be spending a considerable amount of money. It is a shame if you aren't completely satisfied.
