I really wish I could submit a photograph of the bathroom, it's a disaster. Primarily because it's not finished some two months after the fit-out started. Bathroom Heaven failed to deliver key components, as a result we had to buy last-minute items on the Internet ....like the shower tray. Whilst initially helpful and recommending an alternative tray. When they realised they couldn't match floor tiles to the tray, and the tray was a different size to the originally intended which compromised the symmetry of the bathroom ... they just seemed to want to wash their hands of the problem.
