The panels arrived on Monday as you promised and I have been able to get on with the job.
I just wanted to say that despite the delay with my order, I am happy with BOD and this is mainly due to the way in which Catherine kept me in touch with what was going on with delays. The fact that I knew what was happening makes all the difference, saving greater annoyance, doubt and frustration.
