I received the incorrect battery. There is no process for returning the incorrect item. Just a return process that implies the customer is not satisfied with the product. I have added a photo of what I received. The photo below is what I want and have not received. It is also the photo in the invoice. The help darks as been less than helpful. You even have my name wrong.
