No Customer Care! A one star review is actually a compliment for this cowboy company. My boiler is 11 months old and had a fault with the water pressure not going up past 0.6 when it should between 1.0 and 1.5. bar and it’s been this way for a while. I phoned Baxi as it’s under warranty and they came out straight away which was good, however the engineer said he couldn’t get the pressure any higher and didn’t know how to fix it, told me to get in touch with the installer and then left for another job. 30 mins later at 6pm I noticed the boiler was leaking onto the floor so I rang Baxi and explained the engineer couldn’t fix the boiler and now the boiler has a leak which wasn’t there before and WAS NOT THE PROBLEM. I asked for them to send someone out to stop the leak and the reply I got was ‘I’m not given that option on the screen to send someone’. I explained your engineer has caused the leak and I need someone out to stop it. She said there’s nothing I can do you need to get in touch with whoever fitted your boiler. She had no empathy and no interest in helping me what diabolical customer service! I am now left with a leaking boiler and a watermark on the ceiling - plus the reason we originally called Baxi out is still a problem. In a nutshell I have a boiler under warranty as it’s less than a year old, and no one to fix it. Avoid this company at all costs as they are not interested in the company just your money!
