Got a a Baxi boiler installed 1 year ago from a company with a good reputation ,got it serviced by them when due, fault occured heat xchanger replaced engineer said dirty system caused it, if it happens again they will not repace it, boiler had a 6 year guarantee BUT if a enhibitor and a filter installed then guarantee becomes 10 year guarantee which was done, contacted installer said system had been flushed and cleaned at installation and filter cleaned at service, Baxi engineer No. 833 left, I discovered NO heating called Baxi help line was told next available appointment Sat 30th Nov. date now Wed.27th Nov. Bitter cold here tonight, called installer out he found water inside the caseing also a small wire not been re plugged into the control board. Now waiting on Baxi engineer on Sat. as installer said to get them to check inside caseing as he found water, just incase Baxi engineer has left a leak. Shocking customer service and incompetent engineer.
