Currently in dispute with this company regarding a refund for goods that have been returned (at my own expense) due to a faulty item received as part of a mystery box package. States on the website and in online chat that returns are welcome if you change your mind or items are faulty. Once item was received by seller they responded accusing me of keeping an item from the mystery box despite my returning the entire contents. No individual itemisation included on the purchase invoice or in the parcel to prove what was included in the box and therefore what was returned. Seller has thus far declined to refund and has on 2 consecutive days, attempted to return the item to me- despite repeated requests for a refund for the returned goods. I cannot recommend this seller. Extremely distressing dealing with company especially as the mystery box cost £199.99 and was bought for my son using his Christmas money to enjoy a hobby with his grandfather.
