What a great service. It was dropped off on my drive behind the car, and the only way to move it was to take it out of the box bit by bit which was not a problem as it was very heavy. Assembly was straight forward as per the manuel and went together well. Used it for the first time this weekend for a family bbq. Smoked a joint of beef in the smoker and some chicken breasts it was amazing, used both grills gas and coals to cook other meats beautifuly. What a fantastic bbq alround total recommend buying it and very good value for money with all the freebies. Naill and Dawn.
