Following a negative response from another Autotrail Dealer which was actually closer to our home, I went to BC Motorhomes in Ayr for a recall job where I received excellent customer service with the work being carried out to a high standard. Recently I returned to BC for warranty work on our motorhome which was completed again with first class workmanship. I also had a habitation check done which all went smoothly and at a reasonable cost. All this work was carried out in a friendly atmosphere where the staff could not have been more helpful; with our experience, I can recommend BC Motorhomes 100%.
