ABSOLUTE ROBBERS. Said they will claim my tax refund from HMRC, received the cheque and never sent me any money. I have been waiting for over a year and when you call it still says skeleton staff due to Covid. When you hit any of the options the line gets cut off. You should be ashamed STEALING peoples money AND have the nerve to keep calling me about claims on diesel cars. When I mention the money they owe I’m always put on hold and then told this is a different department. If it was for more money, I would take them to a small claims court. I have already contacted HMRC when it first happened but I will be doing this again. ITS MY MONEY not yours!!! I hope your company goes in to liquidation
