Not a good experience. Order 9741. The first delivery had several parts missing from the clutch kit and the sprocket was wrong. The second delivery received missing parts from the clutch kit and again the wrong sprocket. Several calls and emails and they did not send out the correct sprocket. Called again and said never received an email, then somehow they just found and finally sent out the correct sprocket to match the original order. Staff is nice on the phone, just terrible packaging and delivery. Took seven weeks to finally receive the originally ordered parts that were clearly documented on invoice.
