Good tech support. Average customer service. All though it took 3 weeks for me to receive my completed order. I threatened to cancel my order after I was told on two occasions by two different people it would ship "soon". (I threatened to cancel mostly because they gave me conflicting stories, not because I was waiting) . They did what they could and shipped a partial order, then the remainder shipped when it was available.
