I spoke to an agent about what I was looking for which was a longer rubber boot for the uni-filter adapter before I order it on the phone, and she told me she was going to check with her manager and told me to hold on, once she came back to the phone I was told yes they can ship me a longe rubber boot and metal extension, but when I got my order it was the same size as the original so I called and was told to send pictures so I did that, she told me she was going to look at the pictures and call me back, but never called. So I called several times to know the results and I was told not to call back again because she was going to look at the pictures, THAT WAS SO RUDE OF HER THE WAY SHE SAID IT. She said she would call me by the end of the day but no call yet. My point is I specially told her what I wanted to buy and we went over it and she told me yes they can send a longer rubber boot with my order. I need this handled ASAP
