We purchased the iWalk in January after I fell down the stairs and ruptured my ankle. I am hopeless on crutches and was liable to fall again and break the other leg with my ineptitude. The iWalk was a godsend to be honest. Although I cannot say that it made me race around like a two year old (I am a lady of a certain age) it did give me the freedom to walk around and not to have to keep to my wheelchair. I mastered it quite quickly and putting it on and off was simple. Please God I never will need it again but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who struggles with crutches and needs the freedom to keep their hands free. Only one tiny negative... be careful with the iWalk on wet tiles. It can slip out from under you if you don't take care.
