I spent a week on crutches, which meant I was house-bound and couldn't even carry a cup of coffee from the kitchen. So depressing. I followed the video instructions - very clear - and 1/2 an hour later I had my mobility back. The difference is transformative. I can move freely about the house, carry drinks and meals, and walk to the shops and carry things back! It's a talking point with everyone I meet, and always draws positive comments. Fabulous
