After an operation on my heal I was left with stitches in my heal and unable to put any weight on my right foot. I was really struggling with crutches and found them very limiting when trying to manage around the house as I could not carry anything? My Peg leg was the perfect solution. The order arrived quickly and was very robust. I found it easy to assemble and adjust. I had to put some extra padding on the knees rest for comfort but the straps did not cause a problem and I quickly got the hang of taking it on and off. Walking on the peg leg is very easy, even climbing stairs. Coming down stairs is easier at a slightlangle so as not to knock the back foot on the step above. On the whole I am very happy with the product and the company were was very helpful.
