Ordered a Napier pull through kit and it never arrived. Tried to contact many times by telephone message (the phone was never answered) and email but there was never a reply. Eventually I contacted my bank to raise a dispute. They denied this saying it had been delivered and only then supplied the tracking number. When I checked it it had been delivered to an address in Widnes, Cheshire. I live in Cumbria about 90miles away! I got my money back from the bank. DON’T BUY FROM THEM.
