Alan Wilkinson comes across as trustworthy and competent and then pushes for more money for materials then doesn't do anything, nor will he return your calls however reasonable you are. When questioned about existing poor feedback he will joke about “rogue customers”. He is clearly an adept confidence trickster praying on decent people. Dont trust him. Extremely upset, disappointed and scarred; do not use this company.
