The products are fine and the prices are good. However, I checked the reviews of this website beforehand and many people had written that this company delivers very quickly. I also checked their shipping policy and their website states "allow 48 hours for dispatch". I ordered from them on a Saturday and my order was not dispatched until Wednesday, arriving on the next Saturday. I emailed them about this and they said to hold on because some of the products I had ordered they did not actually have in stock. I personally felt that they should have informed me that some items were out of stock and given me the option of whether I wanted to wait for those items to be back in stock. The reason is because I needed the order to come at a certain time, and obviously dispatch did not happen within 48 hours. I asked them to ship with next day delivery, they did not, in fact they shipped with Yodel. Yodel said they would deliver on the Friday, but they didn't they delivered on the Saturday.
