I placed an order for Gatineau Products then received message soends few more dollars and you can have Gatineau Roller for free did si but when trying to finaluse the sale after spending more than the required 65 pounds item would not add to cart have spent last 30 minutes on chat with person oh i cant see that offer so I have cancelled my account immediately previous order was to be free delivery to Australia but kept on charging me 23.99 delivery had 3 chats all 3 people told me website having problems just pay it and we will issue refund immediately didn't happen when I contacted them next day denied all knowledge of it took matter up with PayPal and refund was issued in this latest incident they only had to add on this gift as they are still available but no offer changed tonight despite items being in my basket for 2 days at the qualifying amount so ni they don't deserve even 1 star no consideration for their customers at all STAY AWAY
