Do not use this company. Seriously, do not use them. Ordered an advent calendar for my partner that did not arrive. Every call was told that it was due to be dispatched any day now etc. Told this for weeks. When asked for actual dates was never given any. Told that stock had arrived from Poland when it had not even been dispatched. This company has no idea how to run logistics or deal with customers. Was told mid-December to cancel my order and order another advent calendar! Had to explain the concept of an advent calendar. This company has ruined my and my partner's Christmas - if they had been honest then I could have made alternative plans, but their continued lies leaves me with nothing. I look forward to the day that this happens to those that work at this company, and they come to understand the impact that this can have on people.
