My review is of the company rather than their products as I never even received my order. This company not only failed to deliver the products I ordered but proceeded to email me telling me my address doesn't exist despite me proving to them that it does with legal documents and Royal Mail address verification. What a joke. Later they admitted they had made a mistake by telling me my address doesn't exist and asked me to check if my parcel was at a neighbours several doors down as this is where their GPS placed them and to respond letting them know if it was still missing. When I attempted to respond to their email asking me to check AND ANSWER I received a futher email stating 'the investigations team has concluded this investigation and is no longer looking into this, I am not able to advise any further on this' I was answering their email and questions from the same very day they sent it?! They asked me to contact them! Order at your own risk your order probably won't turn up. The last image uploaded is their response to my reply within a few hours of them asking me to check at a specific neighbours for my parcel.
