I placed my order which should have had a free gift included. I received an email informing me that the gift would follow then further emails saying it would be dispatched, then a final email to say it was cancelled. Complained to customer services whose response was free gifts are not sent if out of stock! no alternative gift was offered, and an extremely offhand reply which when followed up was ignored. Terrible customer service a company to avoid
