They are a complete scam site. So legit looking too. I ordered three items never got an email with any tracking, when due I asked where my items were told they could take up to a month. Asked again after a month, they never mentioned tracking or that they could see where they last were. They quickly offered a refund, I accepted. Still waiting on that. When I ask where it is I get the same generic message that it will take 3-5 days although I’m writing it’s been longer than that. I am going to send this to the financial ombudsman service, everyone having experienced similar should do the same!
