I placed an order for eye serum and cancelled it right away after seeing bad reviews. I also tried contacting the company. There is an automated email that responded saying they should be able to cancel my order since just placed. Next day I get an email my order shipped!! Contact phone number said could not take my call also automated! Not cool!!! Beware when ordering from Beautylux!
