If I could leave a zero, I would. I ordered their product in the past and liked it. I ordered again and signed up for the subscription. They charged my credit card 9 days ago but have not shipped my product. I have tried calling, emailing, and chatting with their AI bot multiple times. The bot says a human needs and will contact me, but that has not happened. I am now going to have to go through my card company to attempt to get it back. Do not order from them. They apparently don’t believe in fulfilling orders and have no humans working there.
