Ordered a Multifunctional Electric Sharpener and received a 2" grinding wheel. Paid by PAYPAL and they want me to return wheel to China at my expense which will be approx. $60. Who in their right mind would spend $60 to get a $30 refund. This appears to be a super scam with PayPal knowledge. DON'T order from this company unless you want to loose money.
