I ordered a multifunction electric tool sharpener for $27.99 USD that is over $33CAD. After several dealings with beautybuy, I finally receive a small disk by mail but not the electric multi-function sharpener I ordered. It took them nearly 2months to respond. I called PayPal regarding this scam. PayPal now says that I return this product back to them and I will get my refund. It's an additional expense for me to send this back to China. I don't understand why PayPal didn't note the "SCAM". No matter what, I am going to return it whatever it would cost me and force to refund me. If any one knows a cheaper and safe way to send this back to BeautyBuy0 other than through the post office, please advise. It's time that we ought to stop these scammers.
